Service Description

Register for season 6 full year! This fee is only the registration fee to reserve your spot in the program. For a full breakdown of fees for full year teams please refer to the Phoenix Athletics 2024-2025 Handbook. Tryouts will take place on May 18th and 19th. We are in the process of finalizing our new parent portal, once that is set to go you will receive an email to the email you list on this form. Anyone wishing to make payments towards season 6 prior to the portal release can make payments via cash or check at the gym.
